I have worked in the field for over 11 years. I specialize in working with youth, men, women, and children affected by substance abuse and mental health disorders. I began my work as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor for dually diagnosed mothers struggling with substance abuse and mental health issues. I fell in love with my work and the services provided to mothers and their children. My work focused on rehabilitation and increasing healthier parenting skills to help and break the cycle of addiction and dysfunction in children's future as adults and heal the parenting relationship. I use a trauma-focused treatment approach as a LPC and LCDC. I provide individual and family services to help you reach your goals whatever they may be.
I also have experience in working with Unaccompanied Minors in working with traumatic experiences that have resulted from their journey to the US or in their home country.
