How Are We Different?
Many providers market mental health care with a focus on TeleTherapy and Telemedicine as their health specialty, but few have the expertise, knowledge, clinical and research experience when it comes to online, comprehensive care to back up that claim. At Texas Care we are proud to provide an interdisciplinary approach to Child, Adolescent, Adult, and Older Adult Care from compassionate and experienced providers from the fields of Psychology, Counseling and Psychiatry.
All providers in the practice are either certified in or pursuing certification in Mental Health with track records reinforced by direct care experience. Our professional providers have achieved the highest levels of licensure, education/supervision, and certification in their perspective fields and draw on each other’s knowledge to provide quality and comprehensive care (i.e., examples of past experiences include: extensive experience with Medicaid Behavioral Health Programs, contracts with the VA providing PTSD, assessments, group therapy, administering CIT Training with local police departments, intensive outpatient care, health psychology intervention, pediatric and play therapy intervention, crisis intervention techniques, up to date training on psychosocial therapeutic techniques and assessments to provide the patient an accurate diagnosis (if necessary) so that a successful treatment plan can be created with our team and you.
